Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery methods, timeframes, and costs associated with orders placed on DirtyWix. Please read this carefully before placing an order.
1. Processing Time & Pre-Orders
· Standard Orders: All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays in Ontario, Canada) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
· Pre-Orders: Select items may be offered for pre-order. These products are clearly marked as "PRE-ORDER" on the product page, which will also state the estimated "Ship Date."
· Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your item.
· Your order will ship on or around the published "Ship Date." You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your pre-order item is shipped.
· All standard shipping rates and delivery estimates apply from the ship date.
· Please Note: Pre-order ship dates are estimates based on information from our suppliers. While we make every effort to meet these dates, they are subject to change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays. We will notify customers promptly of any significant changes to the anticipated ship date.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within Canada using Canada Post (or other carriers at our discretion). Shipping times are estimates only and begin once the order has been handed off to the carrier.
· Current Rates (Until December 31, 2025):
· Flat Rate Shipping: $14.95 CAD on all orders under $100.00 CAD.
· Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of $100.00 CAD or more.
· Updated Rates (Effective January 1, 2026):
· Flat Rate Shipping: $14.95 CAD on all orders under $150.00 CAD.
· Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of $150.00 CAD or more.
Delivery estimates are 5-10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped (including pre-orders), you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include:
· Your tracking number.
· A link to track your package on the carrier's website.
· The estimated delivery date (if provided by the carrier).
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. It is your responsibility to monitor your package's progress using the tracking information provided.
4. Carrier Interruptions & Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier. Delays can occur due to:
· Inclement weather or natural disasters.
· Carrier service interruptions (e.g., labour strikes, backlogs).
· Customs clearance (if applicable).
· Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
· Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
We reserve the right to pivot to an alternate shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, Purolator) at our discretion without prior notice in the event of service interruptions with Canada Post.
5. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
· Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and secure delivery address. We are not liable for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
· Address Changes: Contact us immediately at Dirtywix@gmail.com if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. For pre-orders, address changes must be requested before the item's published "Ship Date."
· Failed Delivery & Returns: Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal at delivery, or unclaimed after carrier attempts) will be refunded for the product cost minus the original shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for any additional return shipping charges incurred.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows a package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's mailroom.
2. Contact your local post office directly with the tracking number.
3. If the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, contact us at Dirtywix@gmail.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution is subject to the carrier's investigation and policies.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.
